A highly trained specialist will come to your location or to a location preferred by the instructor and design a yogic based practice, fully integrated to meet the needs of the practitioner. The instructor will then meet with the practitioner once a week to give a 45 to 90 minute session based on this outline. The principle aim of Yoga is self-mastery, expanding beyond all limitations to put one’s life into clear focus, giving the tools and inspiration necessary for a sincere practitioner to excel in all aspects of life and to realize the true potential of human existence.
