Practical
  The ONsite YOGA Welness Program can be customized to meet the needs of your organization and its employees. Our professional instructors are available to teach at your company location or other designated worksites before work, during lunch hours, or after work. A typical session includes physical postures, breathing practices and guided relaxation (yoga energy-nap). The reccommended class duration is 45 to 90 minutes, but is flexible.
